First Aid Kits
 | You should be able to locate a fully stocked First Aid Kit in your assigned truck. |
| If you find the First Aid Kit needs restocking or is unable to be located, please contact the Compliance Team or your manager. |
| First Aid Kits are also located at every Depot. Look for them and familiarise yourself with their location at each Depot. |
| If you use any contents within the First Aid kit an incident accident form must be filled in. |
Fire Extinguishers
| You should be able to locate a fully charged Fire Extinguisher in your assigned truck. |
| If you find the Fire Extinguisher is not fully charged or unable to be located, please contact the Compliance Team or your Manager. |
| If you deploy the Fire Extinguisher, an Accident, Incident or Near Miss Report Form must be completed and handed into the nearest Depot. |
