Policies
 | The Company policies align with your Individual Employment Agreement so you need to make yourself familiar with their content. Copies of StraitNZ general policies are included in your employment pack (booklet on the left side of the green folder). The policies are also available to be read on the Tablet at any time. |
| You will be required to sign a Policy Declaration form acknowledging you have read and fully understand these policies. |
Procedures
| StraitNZ has developed Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) that we must abide by. Some are customer site specific. You will have these explained to you during this induction process. These are methods of carrying out specific tasks which have been established to ensure the safety of all Workers is first and foremost. You are expected to follow these methods at all times. From time to time these procedures may be reviewed and amended. You will be informed of any amendments by notification via the Tablet. |
House Rules
| House Rules form part of your Individual Employment Agreement (Schedule D, page 23). It is your responsibility to read and understand them. |
